Shipping Rates – Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping fees are applied at checkout and are non-refundable.

• Standard Shipping: $10.00 Excluding Western Australia / Nothern Territory which is $15
• Express Shipping: $15.00 Excluding Western Australia / Nothern Territory which is $25

We also ship to New Zealand.

• Standard Shipping: $15.00 AUD
• Express Shipping: $25.00 AUD

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on New Zealand import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery estimates:

• Australia Standard: 3–7 business days
• Australia Express: 1–3 business days
• New Zealand Standard: 7–14 business days
• New Zealand Express: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your products carefully before placing your order. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customer@aromamagicau.com so we can assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.
